Include enough device and error context to reproduce the issue, but never send Riot credentials or private session information.
What to include
- App version and Android version.
- Device model and selected Riot region.
- The visible error category and the action that triggered it.
- Whether the same problem happens after reopening the app.
Never send
Do not send your Riot password, username, two-factor authentication code, access token, entitlement token, cookies, recovery codes or payment information. Armory Relay support will never ask for them.
Support limits
Account access, suspensions, purchases and deletion of Riot account data are managed by Riot Games. Armory Relay is an independent community app and cannot modify a Riot account or complete purchases.
